Favorite Lifting Shorts!
These are without a doubt my favorite shorts ever! They are perfect for leg day, have a secret pocket which you can actually fit things in (FINALLY), and look amazing! I am 5'2" and I ordered a small and they fit great! The spandex underneath is also very nice!

Wonderful!
These shorts are absolutely better than I had expected. I usually wear a medium in the leggings but was worried about the fit because of the spandex type layer underneath. I went ahead and ordered a medium (I’m 5’6 and 145 lbs) and they fit perfect! The waist band is the best for holdup. The length is awesome and quality is exquisite. I love the secret thin zipper side pocket as well. These are universal for any type of workout. I’ve been wearing them since I got them in the mail! Myprotein never lets down! I love everything about the comfort, durability and look of these. I won’t ever switch brands! I’m hoping to see more colors of these in the future? 😉 highly reccommend for HIIT workouts, heavy lifting, or any cardio exercise.
