Dont believe delivery estimates
DONT BELIEVE DELIVER ESTIMATE TIMES!!! IT HAS ALREADY TAKEN 3 TIMES LONGER THEN SITE ESTIMATE AND STILL NO PACKAGE. A BUNCH OF LIARS THERE. I LIVE 1 HOURS FROM THEIR DISTRIBUTION CENTER THERE IS NO EXCUSES. IF YOU NEED WITHIN 2 WEEKS SHOP ELSEWHERE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

useful for restlessness
When im having trouble falling asleep or need to fall asleep as quickly as possible i mix some of this with some water and it doesn't knock me out but slowly puts me to sleep which is perfect for when i do have to wake up. I hear my alarm and i immediately wake up feeling refreshed and not drowsy!Goes Well With:Water Any other drink

Works great to improve sleep
Bought this to try to improve sleep quality. I was shocked how well it actually worked. I slept much more deeply the first night I used it. Thinking it was too good to be true I thought it to be coincidence. Now after using it two weeks, I am certain it has improved my sleep. Zero question that it has! I also believe it has lessened my mild anxiety, although it is hard to say for sure as anxiety tends to naturally fluctuate for me. Only negative is that it mixes poorly in cold water and should not be heated. Some people just take it right under their tongue. It tastes fine so that is a good option.

This stuff is great!
Don't think twice about ordering it. I bought the unflavored version and I have 0 complaints so far. Exactly what I was looking for! It has a sweet flavor and consistency similar to sugar and I find that it really adds to the taste of my post workout shakes.`Goes Well With:Water Protein shakes

Works as described, help me sleep soundly and through the night. It's been a long time since I slept so well and felt revived in the morning. Just follow directions on amount to use, make sure you can get a minimum of 6 hrs sleep before taking. Recommended highlyGoes Well With:Juice water milk tea
